I’ve been exploring smaller canvases in preparation for the SMALL//works great big teeny-tiny art show for the past couple of months. Smaller isn’t necessarily mean easier or simple. The smaller the painting, the more care must be taken for detailed work. Given that I work in a tiny ‘studio’ in a tiny house, it makes sense to work on tiny canvases.
